The more fruit that Kirby chows down on, the larger they become, allowing them to run over certain obstacles and get through the stage a bit faster. At the end of each match in Kirby’s Dream Buffet, all players will be lined up and weighed, and the Kirby that ends up with the most strawberries will win, increasing players’ Gourmet Rank and Skill Level in the process.

By heading to the main table, Kirby’s Dream Buffet players can change their costumes and color. This guide will go over how to unlock new costumes so that players can customize their Kirby to their liking.

How to Get New Costumes and Colors in Kirby’s Dream Buffet

At the time of writing, it seems that there are 25 unique costumes and 40 different colors to unlock for Kirby. To get more of the locked costumes and colors, players will simply need to compete in any of the various game modes in the main menu.

As players eat strawberries in the Gourmet Grand Prix or any of the single event modes, they’ll increase their Gourmet Rank. Each time players level up their rank, they’ll unlock new costumes and colors in the process.

How to Change Costumes and Colors

Players will be asked after playing a game mode if they would like to change their outfits. Otherwise, players can also head to the hub area to change their costumes and colors in the appropriate section to the right of the Main Menu.
