Really, Cousins went all out to chase down Talib, who was carrying a lateral from Bills linebacker Lorenzo Alexander, the man who made the pick. It was one of the best efforts of the night.
As ESPN’s Sean McDonough pointed out, Cousins risked a very costly injury to prevent a potential touchdown in an exhibition. Still, kudos to Cousins for making a real football play in a contest that was played at mostly half to three-quarters speed.
