On the Mike & Mike show Thursday morning, Klay Thompson’s father, Mychal, called in and had some disturbing news on the condition of the Warriors shooting guard.

The injury happened during the fourth quarter of Golden State’s series-clinching victory over the Rockets. Thompson’s ear canal was bleeding, and he seemed to have a hard time hearing when being interviewed after the Warriors’ 104-90 win. He was cleared to go back into the game, but Golden State later confirmed he was dealing with concussion-like symptoms.
