Knicks coach Jeff Hornacek said he won’t be sending a personal trainer to Rose as his civil suit for allegedly raping his ex-girlfriend, the New York Post reported.
The Knicks considered the option, since Rose can’t leave Los Angeles as his civil trial proceeds, but ultimately decided against it.

Hornacek also said he isn’t sure if Rose will be able to return for the Knicks’ final two preseason games on Wednesday and Thursday.
Rose will miss his third game in a row Saturday when the Knicks host the Celtics.
